The four founding partners of BDGS Associés include three partners from Gide
– Antoine Bonnasse, Youssef Djehane and Jean-Emmanuel Skovron – and Antoine Gosset-Grainville, a former partner at Gide, who left to become Deputy Director of the Cabinet of Prime Minister François Fillon. Marc Loy, a former Partner at Linklaters, additionally joined the firm in July 2014.

BDGS Associés has four junior partners – Mathilde Damon, formerly head of legal at the French State's Shareholding Agency, Max Baird-Smith, who is admitted to the Paris bar and is a solicitor, England & Wales, Christina Renner, a former competition partner at Gide’s Brussels office and Thomas Meli, a former Merger & Acquisitions Counsel at Linklaters.
