Lucile Gaillard is partner in BDGS Associés’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law practice.
She began her career at Gide in 2005 and joined BDGS Associés in 2013 where she became partner in 2016.
Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, in particular corporate restructurings and spin-offs of both listed and unlisted entities as well as joint ventures.
She has notably undertaken restructurings of groups in the public sector and of groups with a specific legal status.
