Florian Dessault is an associate in BDGS Associés’s Dispute Resolution practice. He advises companies and their managers in the context of civil and commercial litigation proceedings as well as insolvency proceedings.
He joined BDGS Associés in 2020 after having worked for three years at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Paris. He has taught Banking Law and Tort Law at Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He has also taught Corporate Law and Insolvency Law at Université Catholique de Lille.
