Henri Cazala is partner in BDGS Associés’s Restructuring & Insolvency practice.
He spent six years at Weil Gotshal & Manges and two years at Herbert Smith Freehills in Paris, before joining BDGS Associés as partner in 2020.
Henri advises debtors, shareholders, investors and creditors on debt restructurings, distressed M&A and insolvency proceedings. He has led over the past few years in several major restructurings, including cross-border restructurings, in various industries (heavy industry, business events, hospitality, food & beverage, e-commerce, financial services, press and publishing, retail, etc.).
Henri is a member of the “Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises” (French turnaround association) and of Insol Europe.
