He joined BDGS Associés in 2015 where he became partner in 2021. Prior to joining BDGS Associés, he worked at Veil Jourde in Paris and at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and restructurings of both listed and unlisted companies, as well as joint ventures.
