Florian Bosser

Admitted to the Paris Bar (2024).

Florian Bosser practices in the field of competition and regulation. He works in all areas of national and European competition law as well as in matters of sectoral regulations.

He began his career as a magistrate at the Cour des comptes, within the first chamber with competence in financial, budgetary, and tax areas, as well as serving as the general rapporteur of the Conseil des prélèvements obligatoires.

From 2020 to 2022, he served as an advisor in the office of the Prime Minister, Jean Castex.
