François Gordon is partner in BDGS Associés’s Competition and Regulatory practice.
He began his career in 2006 at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Paris and Brussels) where he was promoted counsel. He was then partner at Baker McKenzie, before joining BDGS Associés as partner in 2024.
François advises French and international companies on all aspects of competition law: merger control, anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, private litigation, State aid and distribution law.
His practice encompasses counselling as well as litigation before the European and French competition authorities and courts, across an array of economic sectors.
