He joined BDGS Associés as partner in 2018 after twelve years at Weil Gotshal & Manges.
A well-known professional of corporate litigation, Kyum Lee advises and represents his clients before civil, commercial, and criminal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
His practice has a particular focus on shareholder conflicts and pre/post-acquisition litigation before courts and arbitral tribunals. He has significant experience in pre-action discovery measures falling under the scope of Article 145 of the French Code of Civil Procedure.
