Marie Vialle is an associate in BDGS Associés’s Competition and Regulatory practice, covering all areas of French and European competition law (merger control, cartels, abuse of dominant position, competition litigation, State aid, damages claims) and regulation.
She joined BDGS Associés in 2024 after working in the Antitrust & Competition department of Latham & Watkins as an associate attorney, which she joined after several experiences in the legal departments of CAC 40 companies and in law firms.
Marie Vialle holds a PhD in law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Her thesis, titled “Anticompetitive Public Measures and European Union Law”, is published by Bruylant.
Marie Vialle regularly publishes studies and case law comments in the Revue des Affaires Européennes.
