Youssef Djehane founded BDGS Associés in 2013 and is partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law practice.

He began his career at Gide in 1986 where he became partner in 1994. He was seconded to Allen & Overy in London in 1990 and then to the World Bank in Washington in 1992.

Youssef focuses on matters concerning listed companies, including takeovers, capital restructurings, equity capital markets transactions, corporate governance matters and shareholder disputes.

He has worked on a large number of transactions concerning listed companies for both French and international clients, including major corporations, global investment funds, and investment banks.
